Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By registering or using fiestajolie.com, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. What JOLIE is

JOLIE is the Wednesday LGBTIQ+ party in Buenos Aires, Argentina: Aráoz 2424, Palermo, from 11pm. The site lets you register, get your ticket, and see event info.

3. Requirements

  • You must be over 18 and able to prove it with ID.
  • Accept the party's code of conduct.

We reserve the right of admission and continued presence. JOLIE is a space of and for the LGBTIQ+ community: attitudes that put it at risk are not accepted (see point 6).

4. Tickets

  • Entry is free and open, first-come first-served.
  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
  • You'll get a unique QR code; show it at the door with your ID.
  • Getting a ticket doesn't guarantee entry if the venue has reached full capacity: whoever arrives first gets in.

5. If you can't make it

There's no need to notify us and nothing to cancel: the ticket is free, with no payments or refunds involved. If you want, write to us at [email protected] and we'll free up your spot for someone else.

6. Conduct at the event

JOLIE is a safe and respectful space. We do not tolerate:

  • Discrimination, harassment, or violence of any kind — including lesbophobia, homophobia, and transphobia.
  • Use of illegal drugs inside the venue.
  • Ruining the vibe of the event (fights, aggression, etc).

The organization may ask you to leave if you break these rules.

7. Content and photos

We take photos and videos of the event for promotional use, and publish them on and on this site. If you don't want to appear, tell us at the door or by DM and we'll respect that; if it's already published, write to us at [email protected] and we'll take it down. We never publish photos that identify people without explicit consent.

8. User accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login or your entry QR with others — QR codes are unique and get invalidated after the first check-in.

9. Ambassadors

If you're a JOLIE ambassador, you have your own link to invite people, and you can see how many of your invitees checked in at the door. Since entry is free, there are no sales commissions: ambassador perks are agreed with the organization for each edition.

10. Limitation of liability

JOLIE is not responsible for lost items, personal injuries caused by third parties, or situations beyond our reasonable control (power outages, government decisions, etc).

11. Modifications

We may change these terms at any time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email or on the site before they take effect.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
