1. Who we are

Fiesta JOLIE ("JOLIE") is the Wednesday LGBTIQ+ party in Buenos Aires, Argentina — Aráoz 2424, Palermo. We operate the website fiestajolie.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you register or use the site:

  • Account data: name, email, profile photo. If you sign up with Google, we also receive the basic data Google shares with us (locale, full name, photo).
  • Optional profile data: phone number, birthday, identity, pronouns, what you're looking for (friends, dating, sex), preferred music.
  • Ticket data: the FREE ticket you get, the event you attend, and your check-in status at the door.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited (via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).

3. How we use your data

  • Manage your account and your ticket to the parties.
  • Verify your identity at the door via QR.
  • Send you event reminders and notifications about your ticket.
  • Improve the site and understand who is part of the community (aggregated, not identified).
  • Show you the party photos and videos most relevant to you: we use what you answered at registration (pronoun, whether you're part of the community, orientation) and your birthday to order the gallery. We don't show this to anyone else.
  • Marketing: ads on Instagram / Meta to reach more people in the queer community.

4. Google Data (OAuth)

If you sign up with Google, we only access the basic data from your public profile (name, email, photo, locale). We don't access Gmail, contacts, calendar, or any other information from your Google account. We don't sell or share your Google data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Who we share your data with

  • OVH / Coolify: server and hosting for the site, including sending transactional emails.
  • Meta & Google: anonymous stats and advertising.
  • Ambassadors: if you arrived via an ambassador's link, she sees that you used her link (only name and check-in status).

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA) to improve the experience and understand how the site is used. You can disable them from your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, modify, or export your data.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing.

To exercise any right, write to us at [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete it, we erase everything within 30 days (except accounting/tax data required by law).

9. Security

We use HTTPS encryption on all communications, secure authentication (Better Auth), and reCAPTCHA v3 against abuse. Still, no system is 100% secure: we recommend not sharing your account.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
